Welcome to our Lean websiteFuture Learning Systems design, build and market e-learning courses for organisations or individuals looking to improve their skills in process and project management. Our courses can be accessed over the internet via the Future Learning Systems web-portal or taken in-house and run on customer servers and PC's. All courses are SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant and will run on any third party SCORM Learning Management System. Lean Thinking e-Learning Course
This Lean course, which is approximately 14 hours in duration, is designed for those organisations looking to implement a Lean and Six Sigma culture in order to drive out waste, drastically improve business processes and customer satisfaction. The course brings together Lean Thinking with Six Sigma to form a complete process improvement training solution. Using this e-learning approach, students will be able to work through the training from any World-wide location over the internet and at any time of day or night. Bringing significant benefits of just-in-time training, built into your Lean Sigma projects as they are implemented. The course incorporates interactive learning methods including drag & drop exercises & multiple choice questions throughout. Illustration & animation is used to help describe the theories behind Lean Thinking. Simple step by step progress through the course enables easier understanding of more complicated areas. With an in-built comprehensive test, students are provided with proof of education & knowledge gained. This Lean training course comes complete with audio, animations, exercises, case studies and tests. All students that successfully complete the programme will be certified to Green Belt level and a certificate will be issued as part of the overall programme to each successful delegate. The new web based e-learning portal for BAM is hosted and supported by Future Learning Systems, the solution includes the new Training Management System, which we designed to work on the Moodle LMS. It offers full student management and reporting through an easy to use graphical interface.
